Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients for Creamy Chocolate Fudge
Makes approximately 20 pieces of fudge.
500g Skimmed Milk Powder
60g Cocoa Powder
400g Caster Sugar
200ml Water
200g Butter
1tsp Vanilla Extract
Method to make Creamy Chocolate Fudge
- Sift the milk powder and cocoa powder together in a bowl and mix to combine.
- In a saucepan, bring the water and sugar to a boil, then let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the butter and stir until melted, then remove from the heat. Pour in vanilla extract and stir to combine.
- Pour the syrup mixture into the bowl with the powdered milk and mix until well blended.
- Grease a 9-inch square tin and pour in the mixture. Spreading out to an even layer.
- Leave to cool completely before cutting into squares.
For other flavour combinations, switch out the vanilla extract for mint, orange or other essences of your choice.
