Method to Make Black Forest Chocolate Mousse.

  • Pour your double cream into a mixing bowl and whip until thick and stands up on its own.
  • Add your cocoa powder and icing sugar, folding in with a figure of 8 motion.
  • Next, add your tablespoon of syrup from the Toschi cherries and whip back up to a thick consistency.
  • Scoop into a piping bag and carefully pipe into shot glasses or small bowls.
  • Place in the fridge for at least one hour to chill before serving.
  • Prior to serving, top each portion with a single cherry.

Not a fan of cherries? Substitute the syrup with flavoured essence of your choosing. Why not try mint flavouring with a mini candy cane on top?
