Good news, the weather forecast is showing the hot weather has arrived.

JM Posner is committed to ensuring the products you receive are the highest quality, in order to protect the product during warm weather we sometimes the decision to hold chocolate lines back from dispatch. Although our warehouse maintains ambient temperatures, the vehicles we use for delivery are not refrigerated and can reach high temperatures.

We will reach out to you individually by e-mail to let you know if items have been held back, if you accept liability that the product many melt,  we are happy to ship your items at your request. If we do not hear from you your order will be held until the weather cools.

As we are unable to monitor temperature throughout the whole of the UK, you may be confident temperatures in your area will not affect the quality of your chocolate, but please bear in mind the chocolate will be in transit during the warmest parts of the day on its journey.
