Cookies, perfect for every occasion.

Cookies, perfect for every occasion.

Cookies are a hugely popular product wherever you go. With so many countries offering their own versions of this sweet treat, it is easy to see why cookies are so popular. The huge array of ways to flavour or serve and enjoy your cookies is another added benefit to this worldwide favourite. And bakers all over are finding diverse ways to get creative.

On social media, we see many delicious recipes, showing the many ways, people are getting creative. From stuffed, to pies, to your more recognisable recipes, and with an array of flavours and colours that will dazzle and amaze you. We have even seen layered cookie pies served as a wedding cake, so it is safe to say that cookies are on the up.

Even with their growing popularity, you can still add your own touch to cookies. Make them unique in a way that no one else does. Don’t be afraid to try something new and find your own corner in this fast-growing market.

A Taste of the Sweet Stuff.

Cookies, also known as biscuits in parts of the world, date all the way back to 7th Century Persia. With the chocolate chip style that has become popular being a more recent recipe developed in the 1930s.

The trick to a superior product is using high quality ingredients and not over mixing your batter. The use of vanilla extract, light brown sugar and even melting your butter, can all make a huge difference to the flavour and finished product that you are producing.

There's a fine line between a burnt cookie and one that is perfectly baked. If you are looking for that gooey centre everyone loves, nailing that baking time can make all the difference.

JM Posner and The Cookie Trend.

The rising trend in cookies hasn’t gone unnoticed here at JM Posner. Across social media, our spreads and fillings incorporated into products in all sorts of imaginative ways. Including rainbow filled pies for pride month, and stuffed cookies galore.

We have also had the luxury of sampling some of the stuffed cookies one of our customers bakes. Not only were the spreads super tasty (if we do say so ourselves) but the whole product was mouth wateringly good.

After considering this rising trend, we decided it was the right time to review our product range. We also want to expand it. We were also excited to be able to bring something new to the UK market.

Not only that, but we believe our customers deserve the best quality ingredients. This helps them create the tastiest desserts for their customers.

Premade Cookie Dough.

We are excited to introduce our new premade cookie dough. This is part of our effort to offer the best products to our customers.

Caramel and Chocolate Cookie Dough 6x600g Chocolate Cookie Dough 6x600g

You can choose from Chocolate or Caramel and Chocolate Cookie flavours. We have ensured that both of our doughs are made with natural flavours. Our doughs are also packed full of milk, white and dark chocolate chips.

The dough comes in 600g sausages. Just unwrap, slice to your preferred thickness, and cook.  Each one takes around 12 minutes to cook (less if you are using a speed oven like the Tyboon).

You can store this dough at room temperature for up to 6 months. You don’t need to find space in the fridge or freezer. This makes storage much easier.

If you choose to store the dough in the freezer, it can last up to 12 months. In the fridge, it will last for 9 months from the manufacturer date.

We want to make sure our customers get the best; this means we taste test every product that arrives. When baked, these cookies have a soft, gooey centre. The amount of chocolate in them also means you can't miss that rich chocolate flavour in every bite.

Vanilla Flavoured Cookie Dough Mix.

If you like a dry mix, our vanilla cookie dough mix is easy to use. Making it perfect for your baking needs. The vanilla flavour creates a sweet base dough that you can adapt or use as it is.

Simply add water to make the dough, then add any flavours of your choice. After you make the mix, the options for how to use it are endless. It works as a base for a pie, you can stuff it full of chocolate and spread for stuffed cookies or bake and serve as it is with a scoop of ice cream or hot cup of tea.

Once you have the perfect base, there is nothing that you can't do to bring a whole new possibility to your customers and kitchen.

Cookie Pies.

Cookie pies are a terrific way to be creative with your products. They also have the added benefit that you can vary how deep your pie is, and how much filling it holds. This lets you experiment with adding assorted colours, and textures to your pie. Over the past year, we have seen rainbow cookie pies, and even pies with other sweet treats or chocolate bars inside.

Stuffed Cookies.

If you are looking for a cookie that is over the top decadent. Packed to the brim with flavour. With that Instagram worthy aesthetic. Then stuffing them is a fantastic choice.

Try pairing the rich flavour of a well-made cookie with a scrumptious filling such as chocolate spread, caramel, or even peanut butter.

Other options.

Of course, these aren't your only options for how to serve cookies to your customers, and, you know them best.
