It's The Season of Love

All around us, people are preparing for their own celebrations with loved ones. And we can all enjoy this opportunity to show those around us how much we care and appreciate them.
To help you set the mood, here are some simple Valentines’ recipes to bring a little sweetness.
Strawberries in Liquid Chocolate
Chocolate dipped strawberries are a classic treat for Valentine's Day. We have added our own little twist to bring it to the next level but kept it super easy. Plus, they are perfect for sharing.
Ingredients:
Fresh Strawberries
Method:
- Slice your strawberries in half, or quarter if they are extra-large ones.
- Cut your cookie dough into slices, and then divide each slice into quarters, making bite size pieces. Cooke at 180C for approximately 10 minutes. Allow it to cool.
- Add your cookie pieces and strawberries to a bowl or serving container.
- Pour 20ml liquid chocolate over your strawberries and cookie dough.
- Top with the ruby crunch sprinkles for the finishing touch.
If you aren't a fan of milk chocolate, you can use white or dark chocolate instead or even go for triple chocolate.
Strawberry Chocolate Hearts.
Chocolates are the heart and soul of Valentine's Day. These little heart shaped chocolates full of deliciousness are simple but beautiful and bring a touch of elegance.
Ingredients:
Blanxart White Chocolate Ganache
Method:
- Sprinkle a few of the Ruby Crunch Sprinkles into the top of the mould. These will be visible on the top of your chocolate truffles.
- Carefully, melt your strawberry compound, don’t let it burn. And coat the inside of the chocolate mould. You may need to do this a few times to get a nice, even coating.
- Once set, fill the mould with white chocolate ganache. Then top with more melted compound to seal the truffles.
- Remove the truffles from the chocolate mould, being careful not to break them.
