Step by step: How to prepare the best pancakes
For Crepes use Dry Mix: 250g Water: 375ml
For Pancakes use Dry Mix: 250g Water: 315 ml
50 ml unsalted butter or vegetable oil if desired.
Approximate values. Adjust to taste. For more mix multiply quantities accordingly. Times, temperatures, oiling & greasing may vary depending on the appliance used.
- Add the dry mix to the cold water, mix with a whisk until smooth.
- Spread the batter into a greased pre-heated pan or Crêpe maker.
- Allow the batter to spread and cook until the batter changes colour (becomes slightly see through), flip or turn and cook the other side.
- Re-grease the pan or Crêpe maker if required, then repeat steps 1-3 until all the mixture is used.
- Serve with toppings of your choice.
