Passionate Panna Cotta

For those of you that didn't fill up on roast potatoes, these miniature panna cottas are perfect as part of a dessert taster plate. Or if you just want a small treat after Christmas dinner instead of the usual Christmas Pudding.

Ingredients:

7g Gelatine

80ml Milk

100g Sugar

1 ½ teaspoons Vanilla extract

250ml Cream

Large Cup Moulds

Passion fruit Purée

  3. Once boiling, immediately add the milk and gelatine mixture, then stir through. Bring the mixture back up to the boil and stir for 1 minute until the gelatine dissolves.
  4. Remove from the heat and add the vanilla extract. Mix everything thoroughly until completely combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the moulds and leave to cool uncovered for about 20 minutes. Then cover with cling film and move to the fridge. Leave to set for at least 4 hours, but ideally overnight.
  6. Carefully remove the panna cotta from the mould and place on a serving plate. Add a drizzle of purée and a few boba for a sophisticated fruity finish.

Christmas baubles are a traditional sight during the festive period, and everyone likes Christmas chocolate. So here is our take on a chocolate bauble. Use them as a hot chocolate bomb, hang it on the Christmas tree as a Christmas decoration, or as a Christmas gift.

White Chocolate

Mini Marshmallows

Rainbow Sprinkles

Chopped Pistachio

Mix crispy mini

Chocolate Mould Round

  2. Sprinkle the chopped pistachio into the moulds, then fill with chocolate. Turn upside down to remove any excess chocolate, leaving a thin coating inside the mould.
  3. Leave the chocolate to set hard, then repeat. Complete this process 3 to 4 times so you have a nice even coating of chocolate, but not too thick.
  4. Carefully remove the chocolate from the moulds. Using a hot knife or baking sheet to smooth the edges.
