Repair Service Terms and Conditions:

We are happy to collect any goods from a customer if they agree to the following terms:

  • The goods must be packaged in original packaging if possible, or packaging of a similar protection. We do not accept any liability if the product has been damaged in transit due to poor packaging. The packaging should be sturdy with adequate internal packaging such as bubble wrap and/or air pockets.
  • Machines should be clean, we reserve the right to charge £75/Hour ex VAT for cleaning. We cannot properly test and repair unclean machines.

For Waffle Machines, Crepe Machines and Chocolate Fountains

Collection cost would be £20 ex VAT

Redelivery cost would be £11 ex VAT

For ovens, fragile or multiple items we may need to collect and delivery by pallet, the cost for this would will be quoted depending on location and will be charged each way, this is a minimum of £50+VAT.

  • We will confirm shipping costs once the repair form has been completed, collection fees are eligible for any machines over 6 months old.
  • Please provide an invoice/internet order for machines under warranty in the form below.
  • We will e-mail to confirm the date of the collection along with the proforma invoice for collection, once this is paid we will book the collection.
  • The collection can be anytime between 8-5pm so please use an address where someone will be present. If collections fails you would have to pay the fee collection fee again for us to rebook the collection. Please Note: Collections are unable to be cancelled on the same day the collection is due to take place, therefore if you will not be able to hand the goods over to the driver, you will be liable to pay for the failed collection.
  • If you wish you arrange your own courier, please complete the form and let us know in the comments box so we are expecting the machine.
  • We will also send the repaired goods back in the same box you send the goods in, if this packaging is not suitable replacement boxes will be charged at £5.
  • If we do not receive the payment with 10 working days after the cost has been agreed we reserve the right to return the product back to you.
  • If we do not receive the payment with 14 working days after the cost has been agreed, we reserve the right to return the product back to you have only had a quote.
  • After 14 days, we are not liable for any damage to your machine.
  • If the item has been repaired and not been paid for following 3 reminders for payment, we will lay claim to the item and it will no longer be your property.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU DO NOT SEND ANY POWER CABLES WITH THE MACHINE

WAFFLE MACHINES ONLY: If you have any used plates you would like to return at the same time, please let me know and I can add an extra label.

CHOCOLATE FOUNTAINS ONLY: we will need to collect the BOWL and BASE, we do not need the tier sections if the fault is bearing change 'BC' error.

OVENS: Please remove any glass before returning, we do not need this to test and the chance of breakage is high.
