HOW TO USE
L’Essenziale helps to improve the structure, creaminess, and stability of the ice cream. At the indicated dosage, it provides the right balance of solids to the ready-made ice cream mixture. It can be added either to an ice cream mixture to be pasteurized or to a mixture to be used cold.
