Description
Semi-finished product in paste for the production of strawberry-flavored ice cream (sorbet) on water basis. For professional use, not intended for sale for direct consumption.
How to Use
Mix the product well before use with clean tools until a homogeneous and uniform paste is obtained. Then add the Pasta Fragola to the water-based blend to flavor the ice cream, always stirring with a whisk, until completely homogenized. Leave to rest for about 30 min. Then move on to freezing to obtain the desired sorbet, which can subsequently be served as it is or decorated with variegated. NOTE: don’t use with milk base-mixture.
