Dry Mix: 450g|Cold Water: 117ml
Times, temperatures, oiling & greasing may vary depending on appliance used.
Preheat the oven to 180°C/Fan oven 160°C/Gas Mark 4 ( if using oven ). Place the
weighed out mix into a mixing bowl.
Add the correct amount of water to the dry mix. Mix for 1 minute on slow speed.
Scrape down and mix for 1 minute on medium speed and then a further 1 minute on
slow speed.
FOR BROWNIE WAFFLES:
Pour mix into your waffle maker and bake ( cooking time depending on appliance used
may vary ). Once cooked enjoy with your favourite toppings and sauces.
FOR BROWNIE IN SKILLET PAN:
Pour the mix into your small skillet pan ( at least 3cm deep ),
bake in the centre of the oven for approx. 10 - 20 minutes depending on your
preference.
