This new generation cleaning pad allows the maintenance of crepe makers:
• seasoning of the machined cast iron plate
• greasing the plate before the crepes
• wiping the plate between and after the pancakes
It is used with 1 to 3 sheets to clip onto the stainless steel fixing base by simply rotating the handle.
