This warmer is thoroughly adjustable and can be made to suit whatever items you may need to prepare and present in advance. With separable top and bottom portions, you can raise or lower the temperature with remarkable ease.
With its own temperature controls, the base unit supplies a steady flow of heat. The included pan can hold menu items directly, but a chafing dish will fit snugly into that pan. Better yet, the top unit utilizes a simple and efficient heating element with its own temperature controls, allowing for even heating on both the top and bottom – or substantially different levels of heating for certain layered items.
The upper heating element stands very securely upon the base and can be removed easily when less heat, or less direct heat, is needed. This also makes the appliance easy to store.
